1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame
- Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement if the return is requested within 90 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Some categories (including electronics, personal care items, hygiene products, or customized items) may have shorter return windows (e.g., 45 or 60 days) or may not be eligible for returns.
- Returns must be initiated within the return window, and the package must be sent back within 14 days of your return request.
- Items that are used, damaged beyond normal inspection, missing parts/accessories, or not properly packaged may be subject to a reduced refund.
2. How to Request a Return
- Log in to your account and open Your Orders, then select Return / Refund for the relevant item(s).
- Choose a reason for return and, if requested, provide additional details or photos.
- If the item qualifies, you may not need to physically ship it back; otherwise, you will receive a return label and instructions.
- Pack items securely in a single parcel and include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any barcodes/tags if applicable.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- We offer free return shipping for the first return of eligible item(s) per order within the return window.
- For additional returns on the same order, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (e.g., $7.99 or local equivalent) depending on region and method.
- Returns of oversized/heavy or remote-area items may require pre-paid shipping; once accepted, reimbursement will be issued as applicable.
- Using an unapproved label or incorrect address may delay or void processing.
4. Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued after returned items pass inspection.
- Refund methods:
- Back to your original payment method, or
- Store/site credit (if available).
- In some cases, we may provide an instant/advance refund; if the return is not received or fails inspection, we may reverse the refund.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–14 business days (up to 30 days depending on your bank or card issuer).
- Shipping fees, import taxes/duties, or insurance are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
- Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to) perishable goods, personal/health/hygiene items after opening, customized/personalized items, and certain promotional or gift items.
- Please check the product page to confirm if an item is marked as non-returnable before purchasing.
6. Missing / Damaged / Undelivered Items
- If an item arrives damaged, is missing parts, or is not received but marked as delivered, contact us promptly.
- We may request evidence (photos, order number, tracking information) to open a claim.
- If the issue is determined to be our responsibility or that of the seller, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
7. Important Notices & Conditions
- Use only the return address provided in your return instructions; shipments to other addresses may be delayed or refused.
- Ensure you do not include items not intended for return; we are not responsible for items lost in wrong return packages.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the applicable conditions (time window, item condition, packaging, policy compliance).
- We may update or modify this policy at any time; changes are effective upon posting to this page and apply to future orders.
