At XXL.Shopping, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below carefully.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods or order-verification checks, processing may take longer.
- Fastest Delivery: many products qualify for delivery in approximately 3 business days. Actual delivery times vary by product, destination, and courier capacity.
- Estimated Delivery Window: shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Tracking: once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Some shipments may have limited tracking visibility until arrival in your country/region.
- Split Shipments: when orders contain multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra cost so you receive available items sooner.
Shipping Costs
- FREE shipping on all orders over $30 (or local currency equivalent).
- Orders below $30 incur a flat shipping fee of $2.99 (or local equivalent), displayed at checkout.
- Remote-area surcharges, oversized/heavy items, or special handling may incur additional fees; any such fees will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Exceptions, Delays & Force Majeure
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, customs inspections, courier network constraints, weather events, strikes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues with the carrier whenever possible.
- In rare cases, delivery may be temporarily suspended to certain regions due to regulatory changes or carrier restrictions. If affected, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering. Refusal to pay duties/taxes may result in return-to-sender or disposal by customs; in such cases, shipping and associated fees are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete (including apartment, building, or unit numbers) at checkout.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Address changes can only be requested before the order ships. Once in transit, we are generally unable to reroute packages.
- We may contact you to verify address details; order processing may be paused until verification is completed.
Delivery Attempts, Authority to Leave & Pickup
- Carriers may require a signature or may deliver to a safe location/locker at their discretion. If you authorize “leave at door,” you accept responsibility for the package after delivery scan.
- If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier may re-attempt, hold at a pickup point, or return to sender. Unclaimed packages may be returned or disposed of per carrier policy.
- For multi-unit residences or workplaces, please ensure building access and correct labeling to avoid delivery issues.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received: please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the pickup location. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
- In-Transit Loss or Damage: please notify us promptly and provide photos (for damage), your order number, and tracking information. We will assist with a claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Claims submitted after the carrier’s claim window may be denied. Resolution is subject to carrier investigation results and product availability.
Preorders & Backorders
- Items listed as preorder/backorder ship once available. Estimated dates are subject to change. Orders containing such items may ship partially to avoid delay.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- We can usually modify or cancel an order only while it is processing. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
- If cancellation is not possible, you may be able to return eligible items under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Restricted Addresses
- Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or certain restricted addresses. If delivery is not available to your address, we will contact you with alternatives or issue a refund.
